Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were pleasant. The layout of the King Room was spacious, offering a comfortable environment. The AC was pre-cooled upon arrival, which was a nice touch for our late-night check-in. Having laundry facilities available made our unexpected stay easier. However, I noticed some issues. The breakfast selection was very limited. only basic items like waffles and cereal were available. The waffle maker didn't cook the batter thoroughly, so I ended up skipping breakfast. Additionally, the linens felt quite scratchy, and the room had a dusty odor that might bother those with allergies. While it served our purpose for a one-night stop, I wouldn’t recommend this place to those looking for a cozy or inviting atmosphere.

We had a spacious room perfect for our family getaway. The location was fantastic, with everything from restaurants to the Golf Club of Houston just a short drive away. The kids loved when we caught a game at Minute Maid Park, and we all enjoyed relaxing together on the flat-screen TV after a long day.

My wife says that a larger breakfast selection would be great.
